TANO Living signs a long-term company lease directly with the owner or agency, then takes full responsibility for fitting out, marketing, and managing the property as a compliant rooming house for students and relocating professionals.

The lease A single long-term agreement between TANO Living and the owner. Rent is fixed and paid on schedule, regardless of how many rooms are occupied.
The tenants Students and relocating professionals, screened and managed directly by TANO. The agency and owner are never involved in day-to-day tenancy matters.
The property Fitted out and maintained to a consistent standard, with all works assessed against NCC Class 1b requirements before a single room is listed.
The handback At the end of the term, the property is returned in the condition set out in the lease. No surprises, no disputes.
